The role

As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your duties will be:

Guarantee the smooth running of the store in the absence of the manager.
Perform the opening and/or closing of the store (according to your shift).
Coordinate and supervise the team in their daily tasks, making changes to cover positions if necessary.
Place orders for supplies and merchandise and handle their reception.
Ensure the existence and clarity of information through signage, wayfinding, marking, promotional atmosphere, etc.
Attend to and provide information regarding customer demands and preferences.

How you'll work

We would love to meet you if you have availability to work in rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 1:15 a.m. Availability from Monday to Sunday and holidays, with 5 working days and 2 rotating rest days, and additionally you have:

You have a Vocational Training Intermediate Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
You have experience managing people or as a store manager.
Excellent customer welcome and service skills.
You enjoy teamwork.
