WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and coordinating teams at the point of sale.
Experience in large-scale distribution and/or retail.
We especially value if you bring higher technical education or training related to commerce (vocational training, degree, or university qualification).

The role

What you'll do

Depending on the Sector Manager, your mission will be to contribute, through your own efforts and team coordination, to customer satisfaction and sales development.

YOU WILL BE A KEY PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your duties will be:

Energize and engage the team by leading by example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating sales floor staff availability, completing daily tasks, and always looking after Safety (PPE, handling hazardous materials, dangerous goods...).

Ensure proper customer service by driving sales based on their needs to guarantee their satisfaction.

Know and communicate the sales plan for each product family.

Oversee the maintenance of the department you are responsible for, ensuring and coordinating merchandise replenishment, stock reliability through inventories, and proper management.
