• Drafting of technical and consultancy reports regarding infrastructure and materials.
• Drafting and signing of preliminary projects, basic projects, and execution projects in the technical architecture field.
• Acting as Contract Manager for the works or services assigned to you.
• Managing construction files.
• Knowledge of Public Sector Procurement (Law 9/2017) and administrative processing (Laws 39/2015 and 40/2015).
• Basic knowledge of urban planning and use of Geographic Information Systems management programs (QGIS).
• Drafting and signing of rehabilitation projects for facilities and buildings.
• Review of technical documentation and projects regarding infrastructure, applying mandatory regulations and the specific regulations of each organization affected by the document.
• Preparation of technical documentation for construction, repair, adaptation, or rehabilitation of naval infrastructures.
• Drafting of waste management and quality control plans.
• Carrying out appraisals, expert reports, and valuations.
• Technical support to building site management.
• Site Execution Management.
• Health and Safety coordination.
• Experience in PRESTO/ARQUÍMEDES.
• BIM knowledge.
• Preparation of energy efficiency certificates.
• Energy and sustainability certifications.
