• You possess the degree that provides access to the regulated profession of Architect or Technical Architect (MECES Level 2 or 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
• At least 1 year of experience in the required degree (via employment contract and/or academic experience)
• Valid Type B driver's license in Spain
• Training or proficiency in Office, CAD, and PRESTO programs (or similar) (this will be verified during the technical interview)
• From 1 day to 3 years of experience in the required degree (academic and/or professional)

• Course in the Public Sector Contracts Law
• Previous experience in the required degree within the public sector (via employment contract and/or academic experience)
• Catalan level B2 or higher (this will be verified during the technical interview)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in the performance of engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 2 Architects or Technical Architects for Construction Project Support in Palma de Mallorca

• Support in the management of studies and civil engineering construction projects
• Support in the supervision and execution of civil engineering construction projects with special emphasis on quality aspects, occupational risk prevention, health and safety, construction procedures and technology, and the manufacturing of construction materials.
• Support in the drafting of projects and the management of works and activities in civil constructions.
• Support in all Technical Unit tasks related to new construction, including, among others, the supervision and monitoring of files to ensure compliance with current regulations and requirements in sustainability, procurement, economic control, etc.
• Support in all Technical Unit tasks related to the maintenance and conditioning of the real estate portfolio

  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 3 months, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or with funding originating from European Union Funds.
