The role

Our client is looking to bring on a Technical Architect with an analytical mindset and site experience to join their team.

Your main mission will be to ensure that architectural projects are executed with the highest quality, strictly complying with established budgets and schedules. For this, more than 10 years of experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Construction Execution Management as a member of the Project Management Team: Supervising on-site to ensure that works faithfully follow the technical project and current regulations.
Economic Management and site certifications,
Documentation: Drafting of site minutes, progress reports, and management of the Site Order Book.
Health and Safety Coordination for different worksites.
Support to the project technical office: Measurements, preparation of budgets, design and calculation support

REQUIREMENTS

Material execution management works for new construction of buildings with primary residential use, of at least 8 residential units.
Material execution management works for new construction of buildings with primary public, administrative, hospital, healthcare, or educational use.
Possessing certificates of good execution
