About the role

We are looking for a Lead Architect to lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of the brand's architecture and interior design projects. In this position, you will be the technical reference to ensure that each new opening and renovation (both in Iberia and internationally) is executed to the highest aesthetic standard, with optimal spatial efficiency and strict legal and regulatory compliance.

  • Design and Technical Project (Iberia and International)
  • Conceptualization: Full development of projects for openings and renovations: pre-layout planning, 3D renders, and interior design project while respecting the brand identity.
  • Adaptation of the visual concept to the specific characteristics of each location and market.
  • Construction Management and Openings
  • Direction and monitoring: Control of construction execution from the project phase through to handover on a turnkey basis.
  • Control of quality, costs, and compliance with opening deadlines.
  • Legal Control, Licenses, and Post-Opening
  • License Management: Supervision and monitoring of the status of licenses across the retail network (Iberia / Chesco).
  • Warranty and Compliance: Processing of incidents after project handover and active follow-up regarding potential Health and Labor Inspectorate inspections.
