You will be part of a young team in Sant Cugat, where you will provide support to two key areas: Tenders (the strategy to win projects) and Project Management (the operations to let talent shine).

What you'll do

As an intern, your role will be fundamental to ensuring processes flow. You will learn alongside experts in:

Support in the Tenders Area (The "Backstage")

Detection and Filtering: You will help identify training and employment calls in official journals (BOE, DOGC, procurement platforms).
Document Management: You will collaborate in the collection of certificates, solvency records, and administrative documentation necessary for the bids.
Layout and Review: Support in the editing of technical reports so that our proposals are impeccable and competitive.

Support for Project Management and Selection (The Operations)

Selection Assistance: Support in CV screening and initial contact with teachers/trainers for our programs.
Administrative Project Control: You will help in monitoring schedules and updating the databases of active projects.
Candidate/Student Service: Support in resolving administrative doubts, ensuring that all participants have a good experience with Nascor.
