At Stradivarius, we are looking for a Furniture Project Manager to join our Furniture team at our headquarters in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona).

What you'll do

Your mission will be to manage requests and incidents related to our stores' furniture, acting as a point of contact between markets and different internal teams to find the best solution and ensure an agile and efficient response.

·       You will manage requests and incidents related to furniture and decoration across our international store network, responding to the needs of each market.

·       You will review furniture plans and needs for each project together with the Decoration team, ensuring the solution fits the characteristics of each space.

·       You will check furniture availability and manage necessary orders, following up on each request to ensure materials are available within established deadlines.

·       You will coordinate the shipping, delivery, and installation process of store furniture, working with the different teams involved to ensure proper execution.

·       You will track deadlines and the status of each project, anticipating potential issues and coordinating the necessary actions to resolve them.

·       You will maintain constant communication with stores, Area Managers, internal teams, and supplier companies across the different markets, acting as a point of contact throughout the entire process.

What are we looking for?

·       Education related to Administration, Project Management, or similar fields.

·       At least 3 years of experience in project or order management and coordination positions, preferably in furniture, decoration, or Retail environments, and accustomed to working with a high volume of requests.

·       Ability to organize and prioritize different needs simultaneously, following up on each project and anticipating potential issues.

·       A resourceful profile, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills to interact with different teams and markets.

·       Fluent level of Spanish and English, allowing you to work comfortably in an international environment.

·       Advanced proficiency in Office, especially Excel.

·       Knowledge of international logistics and customs processes will be valued positively.
