Requirements
What we're looking for
· Training related to Administration, Project Management, or similar.
· With at least 3 years of experience in project or order management and coordination positions, preferably in furniture, decoration, or Retail environments, and accustomed to working with a high volume of requests.
· With the ability to organize and prioritize different needs simultaneously, following up on each project and anticipating possible incidents.
· With a problem-solving profile, detail-oriented, and with good communication skills to relate to different teams and markets.
· With a fluent level of Spanish and English, allowing you to move comfortably in an international environment.
· With advanced proficiency in Office, especially Excel.

The role
Our stores are constantly evolving, and new challenges arise every day. If you are motivated by understanding needs, finding solutions, and working collaboratively with different teams, we want to get to know you.
What you'll do
Your mission will be to manage requests and incidents related to our stores' furniture, acting as a point of contact between markets and different internal teams to find the best solution and ensure an agile and efficient response.
· You will manage requests and incidents related to furniture and decoration for our international network of stores, responding to the needs of each market.
· You will review the plans and furniture needs of each project together with the Decoration team, ensuring that the solution adapts to the characteristics of each space.
· You will check the availability of furniture and manage the necessary orders, following up on each request to guarantee that the material is available within the established deadlines.
· You will coordinate the dispatch, delivery, and assembly process of the furniture in-store, working with the different teams involved to ensure correct execution.
· You will monitor deadlines and the status of each project, anticipating possible incidents and coordinating the necessary actions to resolve them.
· You will maintain constant communication with stores, Area Managers, internal teams, and supplier companies from the different markets, acting as a connection point throughout the entire process.
How you'll work
· Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday and intensive Fridays.
