Salesforce Functional Administrator Consultant

• Salesforce experience: Around 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administrator or Functional Analyst roles.

• Experience in analysis and project lifecycle: Ability to write clear User Stories, organize the functional backlog, and participate in/lead the execution of UAT testing.

• Management and coordination: Familiarity or proficiency in assigning tasks to technical teams and using task/agile management tools (such as Jira).

• Transversal skills: Analytical capacity, empathy, and good communication skills to connect business needs with technical solutions.

• Location and modality: Hybrid work (3 days on-site at the Sant Cugat del Vallès headquarters and 2 days remote) with flexible hours.

• Competency-based approach: We do not require official certifications or mandatory English; we value your analytical capacity, initiative, autonomy, and real proficiency with the platform.

We are looking to add to our team a Salesforce Functional Consultant/Administrator with interest and motivation to progressively evolve towards the role of Business Analyst. In this position, you will maintain a dynamic balance: leading the daily declarative administration of the platform and assuming requirement gathering, backlog management, coordination with the technical team, and the execution of UATs. Your work will ensure strategic alignment between business needs and Salesforce, with a direct impact on the group's operational efficiency.

• Declarative administration and platform management: Design, configure, and maintain objects, fields, Record Types, Permission Sets, Page Layouts, and complex automations (Screen Flows and Record-Triggered Flows), ensuring system stability and performance.

• Functional analysis, requirement gathering, and backlog management: Facilitate working sessions with key stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into User Stories (User Stories), maintain/prioritize the functional backlog, and assign development tasks to the technical team.

• UAT management and execution: Design, coordinate, and execute UAT test plans together with end users to guarantee functional quality and the correct adoption of solutions before their deployment into production.

• Analytics, support, and adoption: Create strategic Reports (Reports) and Dashboards (Dashboards) for decision-making, providing training and continuous support to users.

• Progressive evolution towards Business Analyst: Accompany the complete lifecycle of initiatives from need identification to final delivery, acting as an effective bridge between business and technology.
