• At least three years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Account Engagement projects, including a minimum of two years in the configuration, development, or implementation of marketing automation solutions.
• Solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to work with new platform functionalities.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Data 360, Salesforce CRM -Sales/Service Cloud- and Salesforce Flow.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and activation, campaign and journey management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.

An extensive track record in Marketing Cloud Next is not essential. We will value practical experience in this solution, Data 360/Data Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and integrations with Sales/Service Cloud.

• Advanced experience in Marketing Cloud Next and/or Account Engagement+.
• Advanced knowledge of Data 360/Data Cloud and Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and CloudPages.
• Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CMS, Experience Cloud, personalization, SMS/WhatsApp, and Agentforce.
• Salesforce Certifications related to Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Account Engagement, or Salesforce Administrator.

• Engineering degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Industrial; Higher Vocational Training (FP) in DAM/DAW; or a bootcamp oriented towards programming and software engineering.
• Applications without these studies may also be considered through technical tests and proven real experience or personal projects.
• No specific language level is required. A B2 level of English will be valued.

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Consultant, you will be part of the Customer Experience Unit.

In Customer Experience, we design, develop, and evolve digital channels and customer management applications, covering the full lifecycle of digital initiatives in areas such as customer and employee experience, marketing, data, analytics, and integration.

We are looking for professionals with consulting experience and a solid foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, who have worked with Marketing Cloud Next and want to continue specializing in this solution.

Your mission will be to transform business needs into marketing automation solutions, participating in their design, implementation, and evolution, while ensuring their technical quality and business utility. • You will participate in the configuration, development, and implementation of marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Marketing Cloud Next.
• You will work on audience segmentation and activation, campaign and journey management, email marketing, and process automation.
• You will collaborate on the integration of systems, components, and services, including connections with Salesforce CRM and other platforms via APIs.
• You will analyze requirements, incidents, and functional needs to identify causes and propose appropriate solutions.
• You will develop functionalities and execute unit tests and validations to ensure the quality of the solutions.
• You will perform maintenance and optimization tasks, detecting and correcting errors of medium complexity.
• You will document your work and collaborate with QA, architecture, product, and business teams.
• You will report to the L4 Lead and will work with progressive autonomy, without mentoring responsibilities or direct contact with clients.
