What you'll do

Lead implementation and optimization projects for Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical designs aligned with best practices.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to guarantee quality and on-time deliveries.
Interact with clients to define roadmaps and ensure the correct adoption of the platform.
Define functional strategies for Salesforce projects, ensuring scalability and performance.
Supervise the configuration and customization of modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Guarantee integration with external systems through APIs and middleware.
Manage risks, budgets, and schedules, reporting progress to stakeholders.
