Senior Accountant - Central Services

Your role will be fundamental in maintaining the financial health of our international entities within an agile structure without excessive bureaucracy:

• Multi-entity Management: You will lead the accounting of various entities comprehensively, ensuring information flows accurately for strategic decision-making.

• Asset and Treasury Control: You will handle asset registrations and bank reconciliations dynamically, optimizing every accounting entry.

• Tax Excellence: You will be responsible for calculating and filing standard monthly taxes and pro-rata adjustments, ensuring regulatory compliance with total rigor.

• Reporting and Closing: You will prepare annual accounts and update costs, providing the necessary clarity on project performance.

• Global Support: You will be the online support point for our branches and will collaborate on the technical consolidation of international accounts.

• Audit Reference: You will support external audit processes, bringing the technical expertise that defines us.

We present these as the tools that will help you feel comfortable and succeed in the role:

• Solid Experience: At least 3-4 years in accounting, preferably managing multiple entities at once. We are looking for someone who masters closing deadlines with agility.

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel: You have an advanced profile in Excel and are comfortable with SAP (a plus). If you also have experience with Odoo, we would love for you to bring that knowledge!

• Technical Understanding: You will need a basic level of technical English for reading, simply to interpret and consolidate financial statements from our international offices (we do not require speaking or holding meetings in the language).

• Dynamic Attitude: At OCA Global things move fast; we are looking for a resourceful person who enjoys working independently.

Tu rol será fundamental para mantener la salud financiera de nuestras sociedades internacionales dentro de una estructura ágil y sin burocracia excesiva:

• Gestión Multisociedad: Liderarás la contabilidad de diversas sociedades de forma integral, asegurando que la información fluya con exactitud para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

• Control de Activos y Tesorería: Realizarás altas de activos y conciliaciones bancarias con dinamismo, optimizando cada apunte contable.

• Excelencia Fiscal: Te encargarás del cálculo y presentación de impuestos mensuales estándar y prorratas, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo con total rigor.

• Reporting y Cierre: Elaborarás cuentas anuales y actualizarás costes, aportando la claridad necesaria sobre el rendimiento de los proyectos.

• Soporte Global: Serás el punto de apoyo online para nuestras Delegaciones y colaborarás en la consolidación técnica de cuentas internacionales.

• Referente en Auditorías: Acompañarás los procesos de auditoría externa aportando la solvencia técnica que nos caracteriza.

Presentamos estos puntos como las herramientas que te ayudarán a sentirte cómodo/a y triunfar en el puesto:

• Experiencia Consolidada: Al menos 3-4 años en contabilidad, preferiblemente gestionando varias sociedades a la vez. Buscamos a alguien que domine los tiempos de cierre con agilidad.

• Dominio de SAP y Excel: Eres un perfil avanzado en Excel y te mueves con soltura en SAP (valorable). Si además has tocado Odoo, ¡nos encantará que nos aportes ese conocimiento!

• Comprensión Técnica: Necesitarás una base de inglés técnico a nivel de lectura, simplemente para poder interpretar y consolidar estados contables de nuestras sedes internacionales (no requerimos que lo hables ni mantengas reuniones en el idioma).

• Actitud Dinámica: En OCA Global las cosas pasan rápido; buscamos a una persona resolutiva que disfrute trabajando con autonomía.
