About the role

We are looking for a Junior Payroll Specialist (with at least 1 year of experience) to join our employment team.

🌍 Your mission:
You will join our team to support the day-to-day HR administration operations, gradually gaining autonomy and becoming a key part of the department through the following duties:

What you'll do

  • Support in the Payroll Cycle: Collaboration in preparing and reviewing the monthly payroll (12 and 14 pay structures, daily and monthly salary).

  • RED System and Procedures Management: Daily use of the RED System for processing registrations, terminations, data changes, and filing sick and accident leave reports.

  • Social Insurance and Contributions: Support in submitting and reconciling social security filings (SILTRA) and resolving simple issues.

  • Document and Records Management: Maintaining employment files, drafting contracts in Contrat@, and overseeing employee documentation.

  • Tax Support: Assistance in preparing quarterly Model 111 filings and the annual Model 190 summary.
