The role

At OCN we are experts in the construction of high-value projects and we are looking for a Site Foreman with specific experience in high-value residential building projects, luxury high-rise construction, single-family homes, and hotels in Mallorca.

What you'll do

Lead the assigned teams (subcontractors and suppliers).
Ensure quality and schedule objectives are met.
Oversee the health and safety measures on site. You will be responsible for controlling access for personnel, contractors, and subcontractors and ensuring they comply with all safety guidelines.
Manage all preparatory measures for the start of a project.
Review topographical work and site layout (staking out).
Review material orders and contracts with contractors that the Project Manager must provide beforehand.
Verify and control the material received on site.
Study and understand the measurement status, the specific technical specifications, accident prevention, and quality compliance.
Ensure deadlines are met for the correct and efficient execution of the work.
Prepare and report the list of needs, labor, and piecework in the budget, and manage auxiliary means and materials.
Facilitate on-site measurements for subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved.
Be responsible for controlling and keeping work reports up to date.
Check the execution of minor finishing touches on completed works.
Immediately report and follow up on accidents with the site manager, handling necessary procedures with the insurance company.
Actively participate in meetings with the team or the Project Management (DF).

Requirements

Experience: minimum 5 years in Site Foreman positions on luxury single-family home construction and similar projects.
Previous experience in different trades such as: laborer, skilled tradesperson, foreman will be valued.
