About the role

At OCN we are experts in the construction of high-value-added projects, and we are currently looking for a Site Manager, who will report directly to the Production Group Manager and will be responsible for the execution of one or more building projects, as well as their technical and economic management. The area of operation will be Mallorca.

What you'll do

  • Manage the assigned teams (foremen and subcontractors), collaborating with the site supervisor.

  • Ensure that quality, schedule, and economic objectives are met.

  • Representing the company before the client and the technical management team.

  • Control hiring and approve purchases, reporting directly to the Production Group Manager.

  • Overseeing the project scope and proposing modifications.

  • Financial closings (certifications and monthly results closings).

  • Project management in ERP (Economic Control).

  • Site setup and initial layout/staking out of the works.

  • Decide on the auxiliary means required for the proper execution of the works, together with the site supervisor.
  • Direct, control, and support the work of their collaborators (production managers, foremen, supervisors, etc.).

  • Promote and foster a good on-site atmosphere.
  • Prepare, attend, and lead site visits.

Requirements

  • Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in managing and supervising building projects.

  • Specialization courses in Lean Construction and Project Management.

  • Experience with project management software, CAD, Microsoft Project is required.

  • Knowledge of REVIT is highly valued.

  • Experience with management programs (ERP).

  • Residence in Mallorca or willingness to relocate to the island.

  • Knowledge of other languages (English, German, or others)
