The role

🌍 We are revolutionizing energy to change the world

At Octopus Energy, we are not a traditional energy company. We are a team of passionate people working every day to make energy 100% renewable, accessible and fair for everyone.

We believe in technology and innovation as drivers of change. We want to transform the way the world consumes energy, removing barriers, simplifying processes, and offering a more human and transparent service.

For this very reason, our commitment is clear: clean energy must be the norm, not the exception. To achieve this, we combine sustainability with a people-centered approach, driving exceptional service and building an incredible team that shares our vision.

💡 But none of this would be possible without people like you. To continue growing and transforming the market, we are looking for talent eager to make a difference. If you want to be part of this change, contribute your energy, and help build a greener future.

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead our operations in the zone of Catalonia. We want someone hands-on, who enjoys being close to the ground and knows how to make a project succeed from start to finish.

You will be a key piece to ensure that every photovoltaic, battery, and aerothermal installation is executed with quality, efficiency, and without surprises. You will have autonomy to organize your area, make decisions, and help the team run like clockwork.

If you are motivated by the energy sector, you like solving real problems, and you want your work to have a direct impact, we would love to meet you.

🐙 We call it the 'Octopus Effect'

Working at Octopus Energy means joining a company where culture and people come first.

💜 We are committed to flexibility and work-life balance.

🚀 We want you to reach your full potential.

🌱 We believe in a fairer and more sustainable energy model.

We are waiting for you! 🚀

What you'll do

  • You will plan and coordinate the technical execution of self-consumption, aerothermal, and electric mobility installations in your area.
  • You will prepare production, performance, and operating cost reports.
  • You will ensure that production meets technical, economic, and quality objectives.
  • You will participate in budget planning and expense control.
  • You will control the efficient use of resources (equipment, materials, and personnel) to optimize costs and performance.
  • You will supervise the correct functioning of the installations, guaranteeing compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • You will coordinate field personnel and will occasionally be on-site to help with whatever is necessary.
  • You will train and motivate the team by fostering a culture of safety and good labor practices.
  • You will stay updated on energy sector trends and current regulations.
