Team Lead

At this moment, the team at our Málaga Estación - María Zambrano Store is looking for a colleague for the position of Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations, leading the Mobility Advisors team and the resulting administrative tasks, as well as conducting the daily briefings.

• You will be the point of reference for the Mobility Advisors team.

• You will motivate and enhance the team's knowledge of the product range to offer to our customers, with the highest quality of service.

• Manage rental contracts efficiently when required, ensuring a smooth and simple process

• You will drive additional sales by presenting options and improvements that enrich the Team's knowledge and the customers' experience

• You must contribute to the correct implementation of sales and quality processes following the company standards.

• Perform inspections of returned vehicles and duly inform our customers of the procedure.

• Coordinate the daily operations of the office and the team, as well as establishing schedules and shifts.

• Conduct daily briefings (taking into account fleet availability and team objectives).

• Coordinate daily fleet availability with the subcontractor based on reservations and returns.

• Identify the needs of the team; train and mentor new hires, retaining talent.

• Supervise management to achieve the objectives set for the team.

• Perform quality and operational audits, collaborating with other departments.
