Health and Safety Manager - Sagunto

At onhunters, we are looking for a Health and Safety Site Manager to join a company in the prevention and engineering sector. You will have a key role in the preventive coordination of a large-scale construction project, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinating the activities of the various parties involved in the project.

🚀 What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for coordinating Health and Safety activities on a large-scale construction site, overseeing compliance with preventive regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring proper coordination among contractors, subcontractors, and all other parties involved. This is a role with a strong on-site presence, combining fieldwork and document management.

📋 Your main responsibilities will be:

• Oversee compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention legislation and Health and Safety regulations.
• Coordinate preventive activities among contractors, subcontractors, and self-employed workers.
• Verify the proper implementation and monitoring of the Health and Safety Plan.
• Manage and validate preventive documentation through CAE platforms.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections and identify risk situations.
• Supervise high-risk work and ensure the application of preventive measures.
• Prepare reports on incidents, inspections, and follow-ups.
• Attend coordination meetings with the project management, the client, and the companies involved.
• Manage teams and coordinate preventive activities in a highly complex environment.
