IT Engineer

• Education: Engineering, degree, or university qualification in technical areas, such as Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Automation, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or other related degrees

• Experience: experience in industrial environments, operations management, or functional support; Participation in the implementation or improvement of management systems and tools; Coordination and monitoring of incidents, projects, or technological providers

• Precision and attention to detail: You will follow well-defined technical processes, where your ability to detect errors or ensure correct assembly will make the difference.

Your role will be key in guaranteeing the correct functioning, evolution, and utilization of the organization's information systems and digital tools, leading the implementation of new projects, the continuous improvement of business processes, and coordination with external providers, ensuring the availability, quality, and efficiency of the technological solutions used in industrial and corporate activities.

• Management and evolution of digital systems and tools

  Guarantee the correct functioning, maintenance, and evolution of corporate systems, applications, and departmental tools, managing configurations, updates, documentation, access, and best practices for use to ensure they respond to the operational needs of the organization.

• Development and implementation of projects

  Coordinate the implementation of new systems, tools, and functionalities, from needs analysis and requirements definition to planning, commissioning, and monitoring of improvements, acting as an interlocutor with internal and external providers.

• Support and incident resolution

  Manage and monitor incidents and requests related to management systems, digital tools, IT equipment, and connected industrial devices, coordinating their resolution to ensure the continuity of business processes.

• Continuous process improvement

  Identify improvement opportunities in management, production, logistics, quality, and support processes, proposing digital solutions that increase operational efficiency, information quality, and process reliability.

• Management and monitoring of indicators

  Define, maintain, complete, and analyze the department's performance indicators, preparing monitoring reports and proposing actions oriented toward continuous improvement and the fulfillment of established objectives.

• Training and adoption of solutions

  Design, coordinate, and provide internal training to facilitate the implementation of new tools, processes, and functionalities, preparing the necessary documentation and accompanying users to ensure their correct use and adoption
