What we're looking for

Degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in installation projects.
Solid knowledge of electrical installations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience with Caneco for LV/MV installation calculations.
Proficiency in DIALux for lighting calculations.
Organizational capacity, initiative, and results orientation.
Proactive person, with a desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
Availability for occasional travel to project sites.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Revit or other design and calculation tools will be valued.

The role

A consolidated company in the installations sector is looking for a Project Engineer.

What you'll do

You will be part of the Technical Office team, acting as direct support to the Project Manager and participating in all phases of the project, from the initial technical analysis to execution and closure.

This is a position with a technical and management profile, with a presence mainly in the office and occasional site visits.

Main functions

Support the Project Manager in the planning, monitoring, and execution of installation projects.
Review, analysis, and preparation of technical documentation.
Review of plans and technical coordination with the different agents involved.
Performing installation calculations using specialized software.
Control of deadlines, measurements, and execution quality.
Preparation of budget extensions and economic monitoring of the project.
Collaboration in the preparation of technical offers, studies, and tenders.
Document management and control required by clients and organizations.

Projects are mainly electrical installations (lighting, low and medium voltage, industrial, hospital, and tertiary), also incorporating other disciplines such as HVAC, fire protection, telecommunications, CCTV, public address, and control systems.
