Requirements
What we're looking for
Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Computer Application Development (or similar).
Solid knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL handling.
Profile with good interpersonal skills, ability to learn, and team orientation.
Nice to have
Valuable experience in ERP support (invoicing, orders, delivery notes...).
Experience in industrial environments or participation in ERP implementations will be valued.

What you'll get
Joining a team of 10-12 people, with a very good atmosphere and support.
Salary: from €24,000 - €26,000 gross/year, depending on experience and training.
The role
Provide functional support for the company's proprietary ERP, coordinating with users, Help Desk, and external programmers. This is not a technical programming role, but rather one more focused on functional analysis, incident management, and user contact.
What you'll do
Coordinate ERP maintenance (tracking errors and improvement requests).
Analyze and classify functional incidents related to the system.
Perform queries on Oracle databases (TOAD is used).
Escalate technical errors to the external development team (Forms/Apex and Reports/Jasper).
Correctly document incidents, solutions, and implemented improvements.
Act as a liaison between internal users, Help Desk, and development companies.
How you'll work
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday morning and afternoon shifts (adjustable).
Intensive Fridays.
1 optional teleworking day per week.
