Requirements
What we're looking for
4-5 years of experience in Fullstack development.
Strong experience with Next.js and React.
Experience with Storybook for UI component development.
Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive web development.
Experience developing backend applications with Python and FastAPI.
Experience with automated testing and pytest.
Knowledge of Gherkin, Cucumber and Playwright.
Experience with AWS, particularly EC2, S3, Lambda and RDS.
Experience with charting libraries such as ECharts, Chart.js or Recharts.
Good knowledge of Git.
Experience working in Scrum Agile environments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to mentor junior developers.
English: Advanced level (C1).
Spanish: Professional working proficiency.
Nice to have
Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
Experience with serverless architectures.
Experience with SonarCloud or Snyk.

The role
At THEWHITEAM Consulting, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic technology team.
You will work on the development of robust and scalable applications using Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS on the frontend, together with Python and FastAPI on the backend. You will also contribute to cloud-based solutions using AWS and work in a highly collaborative Scrum Agile environment.
The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, collaborating across disciplines and helping less experienced developers grow.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.
Build responsive and modern user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
Develop and maintain backend components using Python and FastAPI.
Integrate frontend and backend services and ensure reliable application behaviour.
Implement automated testing using pytest, Gherkin, Cucumber and Playwright.
Work with data visualization and charting libraries such as ECharts, Chart.js or Recharts.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda and RDS.
Ensure applications meet performance, scalability and security requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with developers, designers and product stakeholders.
Contribute to technical decisions, coding standards and best practices.
Mentor junior Fullstack Developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
How you'll work
Location: Barcelona.
Work model: Hybrid, with 2-3 days per week onsite.
Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00.
