What you'll do

As an ELEVATOR TECHNICIAN (M/F), your duties will be:

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment in your assigned area.

  • Respond proactively to fault diagnosis and repairs with the aim of achieving a solution.

  • Carry out assigned repairs to ensure continuous operation.

  • Be in direct contact with the customer to establish a good working relationship.

  • Be proactive in implementing technical improvements and updates.

  • Advise the customer on how to improve equipment performance.

  • Comply with established safety and environmental standards.

To succeed in this role, we need

TRAINING

MANDATORY to hold the maintainer certificate or one of the following qualifications:

Higher Degree in Industrial Mechatronics. Higher Degree in Electromechanical Maintenance. Higher Degree in Industrial Equipment Maintenance. Intermediate Degree in Electromechanical Installation and Maintenance of Machinery and Line Conduction.

The following IMAQ certificates are also valid:

IMAQ 0110 Installation and maintenance of elevators and other fixed lifting and transport equipment. IMAQ 0210 Development of projects for handling, lifting and transport installations. IMAQ 0108 Maintenance and mechanical assembly of industrial equipment. IMAQ 0208 Planning, Management and Execution of maintenance and supervision of assembly of machinery, industrial equipment and automated production lines. FMEE0208 Assembly and commissioning of industrial equipment and machinery.

Industrial Engineering degrees will also be valid

EXPERIENCE: preferably at least 3 years in elevator maintenance/assembly. If you have no prior experience, vocational training from the previous list is required (see Certif./Training section).

TOOLS: electronic and digital 

OTHER

  • Valid driving licence B is essential.
