Supervisor (m/f) Automatic Doors Portis Canarias

EDUCATION: Technical training related to maintenance, installations, electricity, electronics, mechanics or similar is valued.

Specific training will be provided to continue developing the technical knowledge necessary for the position.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years of experience leading or coordinating teams.
• Experience in technical, industrial, maintenance, installation, or operations environments will be valued.

OFFICE SUITE: Medium/high level of Microsoft Office 365.

LANGUAGES: Knowledge of English or other additional languages will be valued.

OTHER:

• Valid B driving license is essential.
• Availability to travel between the different islands, an indispensable requirement for the position.

• To lead and coordinate the technical team in charge, monitoring their activity and ensuring adequate planning and distribution of work.
• To manage and coordinate the operations of maintenance, repairs, and assembly/new sales of automatic doors.
• To plan the resources necessary for the execution of the work, including the coordination and management of materials and other operational needs.
• To monitor work and assemblies, providing support and accompaniment to the team when necessary.
• To take responsibility for the internal communication of the team, preparing and leading periodic meetings.
• To ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards, promoting a preventive culture within the team.
• To coordinate activity between the different islands, adapting to the needs and priorities of a dynamic operation with different lines of activity.
