EXPERIENCE: preferably 3 to 5 years in sales of technical projects or similar positions.

COMPUTER SKILLS: proficiency in MS Office 365.

• A valid class B driver's license is required.

EDUCATION: University degree or diploma (technical engineering degree valued). Higher-level vocational training (mechatronics, electromechanical maintenance, electrical installations, construction, public works).

LANGUAGES: English is a plus.

ENOR, a company associated with the OTIS group, a national and global leader in the elevator sector, is hiring a NEW SALES REPRESENTATIVE (M/F) in LUGO:

As a SALES ADVISOR (M/F) in new sales, your functions will be:

· Analyze the existing portfolio and the potential market to identify business opportunities in new construction and building renovation, working in coordination with the team to define acquisition strategies.

· Develop and manage external relationships (developers, construction companies, opening studios, property managers, and communities) to acquire new clients interested in elevator installation.

· Manage and follow up on all phases of the elevator installation project, from opportunity detection and technical prescription (when necessary), to contracting, execution, and collection.

· Perform project analysis (interpretation of blueprints, visits to construction sites or existing buildings, review of technical documentation, installation feasibility, etc.) and the preparation of personalized offers and quotes, ensuring solutions aligned with safety criteria, current regulations, energy efficiency, and quality.

· Collaborate closely with the technical team in the definition, planning, and execution of new installation projects, guaranteeing the correct alignment of objectives and maximum customer satisfaction.

· Provide specialized technical-commercial advice to clients, accompanying them throughout the entire decision-making process and offering solutions that optimize value, functionality, and regulatory compliance.

· Collaborate with the construction execution department in order to achieve the realization and execution of projects with quality, paying attention to possible deviations in time or product that require modifications to costs and/or sales prices.

· Participate in the periodic meetings of their delegation, as well as in all those extraordinary ones in which their presence is required, with the main objective of satisfying customer needs and quality assurance.
