We would like to bring on board a person with a university degree in Health Sciences, preferably a Degree in Nursing, and previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Specialist, Clinical Specialist, or in positions related to the management and development of medical devices.

It will be essential to have availability to travel approximately 50% of the time. Additionally, a minimum English level of B2 is required, as you will have regular contact, both by telephone and in writing, with international suppliers and will work with technical, scientific, and product documentation in English.

We are looking for a person who wants to take on a key role in the development and growth of our product portfolio, serving as the main reference for the Wound Care line, as well as other solutions within the unit.

As Product Manager, you will be a key figure between manufacturers, the sales team, and healthcare professionals, contributing to the development of the assigned lines and ensuring product knowledge and positioning in the market.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage and maintain a close relationship with the assigned suppliers and manufacturers, both national and international.
• Provide support to the sales network in the identification, mapping, and development of business opportunities.
• Perform product demonstrations and train healthcare professionals in their correct use and handling.
• Act as a technical and product reference for the sales team and customers.
• Prepare support materials and documentation, including presentations, analyses, and commercial tools.
• Manage pricing, costs, and portfolio development, identifying growth opportunities for the assigned lines.
• Participate in the development of commercial strategies and in the preparation of market studies and business plans.
• Attend and represent Palex at congresses, scientific meetings, and national and international events.
• Stay updated on market news, industry trends, and the evolution of the products under your responsibility.
