Requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 to 3 years at a multinational company with experience in consulting and/or project management. Specialization in merger and/or integration is a big plus.
  • A fluent level of English (written and spoken) is required. Other European languages are a big plus.
  • Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required to build strong, sustainable and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to consistently produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel (within Europe).
  • Experience in leading one or more workstreams in a business transformation is a big plus.
  • Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci) are a big plus.

The role

With over 70 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Palex Group has established itself as a leading provider of innovative hospital solutions across Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Integration Project Specialist to join our M&A team.

The position is expected to start in January 2027.

What you'll do

  • Support the process of integrating newly acquired companies or businesses into the Palex Group.
  • Work to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of processes, systems, and cultures between the acquired company and Palex.
  • Manage the change; assess the company culture, mitigate adverse effects, and assess cultural issues.
  • Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a project.
  • Work with senior management to identify synergy and value enhancing opportunities.
  • Supervise multiple teams (internal and external), tracking project deliverables and coordinating project work.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.
  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
  • On some projects, where applicable, manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
