What we're looking for

IF YOU ARE...

Specialist in the retail sector with experience in retail brands, preferably premium, at least 1-3 years as a Shop Manager, in a store format similar to Pandora.
A true leader of teams, creating dynamic and flexible commercial environments,
Capable of managing commercial indicators and with excellent customer service skills,
Inspiring, motivating, and very positive,
Good knowledge of Office and mastery of the main IT/electronic tools.

The role

You will be the Ambassador of our values WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for the management of one of our points of sale, ECI SAN JOSE DE VALDERAS, leading the sales area and team management.

What you'll do

WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO...

Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, sales target achievement, and excellent customer service.
Set individual goals in the store, control budgets, and organize team schedules based on productivity goals.
Analyze store performance using KPIs to positively influence results. Implement commercial actions and visual merchandising campaigns.
Train the team to provide the best experience for our Fans.
Develop internal talent so they can continue to grow professionally.
Work with the team to keep them excited, committed, and focused on a common goal. Motivate them, always!
Manage and analyze stock and orders.
