Assistant Shop Manager - Madrid Area - 36 hours (Interim)

Your main mission as Assistant Shop Manager will be to develop your team, driving it to ensure that every customer receives an excellent experience in line with Rituals' DNA and standards.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Drive your store's performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient daily operations.
• Train the members of your team and help them reach their full potential.
• Support your Shop Manager in creating a culture of trust, based on positive and constructive feedback.
• Help recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented store team.
• Be prepared to cover for your Shop Manager and take the reins when necessary.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the retail sector.

• Experience in motivating and developing teams.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Tu meta, en colaboración con el/a Shop Manager, será guiar al equipo para alcanzar juntos los objetivos de la tienda en cuanto a satisfacción del cliente y ventas.

Para ello, necesitas:

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia como Assistant Store Manager en el sector del retail.
• Liderazgo y habilidades en la gestión de personas (comunicación, coaching, conexión, inspiración)
• Experiencia en motivación y desarrollo de equipos
• Capacidad para tomar decisiones y resolver problemas
