Your goal, in collaboration with the Shop Manager, will be to guide the team to achieve the store's objectives together in terms of customer satisfaction and sales.

To do this, you will need:

At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in the retail sector.
Leadership and people management skills (communication, coaching, connection, inspiration).
Experience in motivating and developing teams.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
