The role

At CTR Mediterráneo we are looking to hire a Plant Operator to carry out tasks related to the daily plant operations, collaborating in the various production processes and ensuring the proper functioning of the facilities.

What you'll do

Support in the plant's production processes.
Classification and segregation of waste.
Visual inspection of the proper functioning of equipment.
Order, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of the work area.
Compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a plant operator or in industrial environments (valued).
Availability to work full time on rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) from Monday to Friday.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsible, proactive person with a positive attitude toward work.
Compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
