The role

Are you looking for a stable environment where your work has a real impact on the company's day-to-day operations? In our administrative-sales and operations department, we need to hire an Administrative Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute.

What you'll do

You will be part of a key team for the company's functioning, performing tasks such as:

Generation of waste documentation and documentary control.
Preparation and sending of treatment contracts.
Management and control of the waste management platform.
Sending and updating of rates.
Preparation, sending, and follow-up of quotes.
Periodic sending of documentation to clients according to the established schedule.
Coordination with the different administrative, sales, and operations departments.
Fluid communication with clients and colleagues.
Teamwork and support in administrative tasks within the area.

How you'll work

Full-time with a continuous schedule, coordinated with the colleague in the department. The schedule may extend until 17:00/18:00, depending on internal organization.
