Seasonal hiring is common, with many roles (e.g., lifeguards, park attendants) offered as fixed-term summer contracts.
Spanish language proficiency is typically required for guest-facing and operational roles, as most visitors and internal communication are in Spanish.
The group operates several distinct venues near Madrid (Parque Warner, Zoo Aquarium, Faunia), so relocation to the Madrid area is usually expected.
Roles in maintenance, electrical, and mechanical trades are available year-round, while hospitality and guest-service roles peak in the summer season.
