Perform the basic tasks of the Cafeteria or Restaurant service under the supervision of the Coordinator, supporting preparation, dining room service and customer service, to ensure the smoothness of the service in accordance with the parameters of the Hospitality Management.

Main duties and requirements.

-Apply the rules of hygiene, preservation and food handling and complete the corresponding records, to ensure compliance with the HACCP self-control system.

-Assist the customer with simple requests and refer queries and complaints that exceed their scope to the person in charge, to ensure a prompt response without compromising the service standard.

-Clean and maintain the order of tables, counters and preparation areas in accordance with the established cleaning plan, to preserve the sanitary conditions of the space.

-Perform the setting, serving and clearing of tables and the restocking of the bar during the shift, to sustain the pace of service during peak periods.

-Perform the basic preparation of food and beverages following the instructions of the kitchen and bar staff, to have the product ready within the times required by the service.

-Restock the product and materials at the point of sale and report any needs detected, to avoid shortages during service.

El proyecto que te espera.

Realizar las tareas básicas del servicio de Cafetería o Restaurante bajo la supervisión del Coordinador/a, apoyando la preparación, el servicio en sala y la atención al cliente, para asegurar la agilidad del servicio conforme a los parámetros de la Dirección de Hostelería.

-Aplicar las normas de higiene, conservación y manipulación de alimentos y cumplimentar los registros que le correspondan, para garantizar el cumplimiento del sistema de autocontrol APPCC.

-Atender al cliente en las peticiones sencillas y derivar al responsable las consultas y reclamaciones que excedan su ámbito, para asegurar una respuesta ágil sin comprometer el estándar de servicio.

-Limpiar y mantener el orden de mesas, mostradores y áreas de preparación conforme al plan de limpieza establecido, para preservar las condiciones sanitarias del espacio.

-Realizar el montaje, el servicio y la retirada de mesas y la reposición de barra durante la jornada, para sostener el ritmo de servicio en las franjas de mayor afluencia.

-Realizar la preparación básica de alimentos y bebidas siguiendo las indicaciones del personal de cocina y de barra, para dejar el producto listo en los tiempos que requiere el servicio.

-Reponer el producto y el material del punto de venta y comunicar las necesidades detectadas, para evitar roturas durante el servicio.
