• Solid experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), methodologies, and best practices.
• Knowledge and experience in DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
• Demonstrable experience in:
  • Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Risk Assessments.
  • Recovery Strategies.
  • Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
  • Exercising & Testing.
• Experience in Operational Resilience / Business Resilience environments.
• Ability to review, analyze, and challenge deliverables and methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience, with experience in DORA, to join an international project in the insurance sector.

• Review and validate the deliverables of the various entities, ensuring their alignment with the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
• Provide support and advisory to the entities in the implementation of resilience methodologies.
• Participate in activities related to DORA, including the review and challenge of Critical Important Functions (CIFs).
• Review the quality of the data included in the Operational Resilience tools and in the DORA Register of Information.
• Update and standardize Business Continuity Management policies and guidelines.
• Incorporate new BCM controls and improve the approach to continuity testing and exercises, aligning it with the Group's Operational Resilience practices.
• Review the quality of the Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and propose concrete recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare high-quality, auditable documentation and deliverables suitable for presentation to senior stakeholders.
