What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM).
Expertise in BCM principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Expertise in Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) regulatory requirements.
Expertise in defining and executing Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and Testing/Exercising Programs.
Location: Madrid (Spain).
Nice to have
Experience working with Riskonnect software.
Languages
English is a must
The role
What you'll do
Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) project activities and Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
Review deliverables produced by entities to validate alignment with End-to-End Business Resilience methodology and quality standards.
Provide continuous guidance and support to entities on implementing End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
Support DORA-related initiatives, including reviewing, challenging, and updating definitions for Critical Important Functions (CIFs).
Assess data quality within the Operational Resilience tool for the DORA Register of Information.
Simplify and update BCM frameworks: unify guidelines, integrate new BCM controls, and align BCM testing approaches with broader Operational Resilience practices.
Evaluate the quality of entities' Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and deliver actionable improvement recommendations.
Ensure all deliverables are clear, auditable, delivered on time, and structured for senior stakeholder review.
