Cloud Technician

We are looking to hire a Cloud Technician to join the Cloud Systems team, participating in the evolution, automation, governance, and operation of corporate cloud platforms.

The selected person will work mainly with Microsoft Azure, also participating in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments, and will have an active role in infrastructure automation, management of production environments, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of cloud services.

We are looking for a technical, analytical profile oriented toward problem-solving, with the ability to work in a coordinated manner with Systems, Development, DevOps/SRE, and Architecture teams. 

• Administration and management of corporate cloud platforms, mainly Microsoft Azure.
• Implementation and maintenance of infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Automation of operational tasks and processes.
• Participation in the evolution and governance of cloud platforms.
• Management of CI/CD processes.
• Administration of repositories and workflows with Git and GitHub.
• Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of incidents in production environments.
• Monitoring and analysis of availability, performance, and service degradation issues.
• Participation in initiatives related to cloud security, observability, and reliability.
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, operating procedures, and support plans.
• Coordination with vendors and third-level support teams for the resolution of complex incidents.
• Collaboration with Systems, Development, DevOps/SRE, and Architecture teams.
• Identification and proposal of improvements in processes, automations, alerts, and dashboards.
• End-to-end follow-up of incidents until their resolution.

Hybrid modality (3/2 days on-site) San Cugat del Vallés.
