What we're looking for
3–5 years MuleSoft Platform Management, MuleSoft Omni/Flex Gateway, Terraform, OpenShift, GitHub, basic AWS & Azure, OAuth/OpenID & API Security, ITIL, Argo CI/CD, English C1, Computer Science or equivalent.
Nice to have
XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON, networking (VIP/firewalls/load balancers), certificate lifecycle, SOAP UI, Postman, ServiceNow, Linux.
Languages
English and Spanish are a must
The role
What you'll do
Role:
L2 operational support for the MuleSoft platform, ensuring platform stability, incident resolution and SLA compliance across AWS, Azure and OpenShift. This is a Platform Operations / L2 Support role, not an API Development position.
Main Tasks:
- Manage and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.
- Perform platform troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Support deployments, releases and changes.
- Execute runbooks, recovery procedures and operational tasks.
- Document incidents, resolutions and known workarounds.
- Perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify recurring issues.
- Maintain simple automation scripts.
- Support Flex/Omni Gateway operations.
- Track actions and deliverables to closure.
- Participate in production support meetings, on-call and major incidents.
