More than 7 years of experience in business consulting, transformation, or banking
Experience managing PMOs or complex transformation programs
Experience in projects related to digital transformation, AI, or data
Analytical capacity and structuring of complex problems
Excellent communication and influence skills
Autonomous, ambitious, and results-oriented profile

Nice to have

Experience in strategic consultancies, technology, and/or Big4
Experience in the financial sector
Knowledge of the generative AI and data ecosystem
Advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel
MBA or complementary business training

The role

At q-tech, we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join the transversal AI team with a focus on demand planning, prioritization of initiatives, and the adoption of generative AI at Banc Sabadell.

We are looking for a profile with a background in business consulting, transformation, or banking, with a strategic vision and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives with high business impact.

Lead and coordinate the bank's AI program, ensuring the correct management of the initiative portfolio, demand prioritization, and monitoring of the impact generated, driving the transversal adoption of AI within the organization.

What you'll do

Manage and monitor the AI initiative portfolio (milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources)
Prioritize new demands and use cases together with business areas
Coordinate the monitoring of currently active initiatives (+50 use cases)
Identify new opportunities related to generative AI and data
Perform market benchmarking and analyze new AI trends within the financial sector
Coordinate key capabilities linked to data, platforms, and enabling tools
Design and improve AI governance models: processes, committees, and decision-making
Measure the impact of initiatives and report results to key stakeholders
Prepare presentations and communications for management and committees
Work transversally with business, data, and technology

Location: Sant Cugat (Barcelona)
