Store Manager - ECI Murcia

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in retail, 3 as a Store Manager or Supervisor in the fashion, beauty, accessories, or luxury sector.
• Organized, proactive person with high communication skills.
• Experience in team management, coordination, and training.
• Leadership capacity to create a pleasant and motivating work environment.
• Person with the ability to suggest changes in-store and make proposals that improve both the experience and the commercial results in-store.
• Native Spanish and advanced English.

Customer Centricity:

• Inform the AM about shopping trends and customer needs, in order to report them to the Product team.
• Opening and/or closing of the corner.

Operational duties:

• Supervision and support in Visual Merchandising tasks, ensuring a Premium brand image and experience.
• Supervision and support in daily functions of organization, order, replenishment, and cleaning.
• Control and organization of order reception, returns, transfers, etc.
• Excellence in BoH organization.
• Ensure that all security procedures are met in the corner and in the BoH, in order to minimize shoplifting and theft.
• Full responsibility for the organization, control, and results of total and partial inventories.
• Identify and analyze points for improvement in the entire customer experience process, replenishment, inventory, etc., and provide feedback to the AM.
• Ensure optimal coverage of the corner based on traffic and key sales periods.

Team management:

• Lead the team in their professional development to achieve the corner's objectives.
• Motivate, train, and manage the team by collaborating in follow-up and feedback meetings.
• Ensure that PDPAOLA's values and culture are present in the corner environment.
• Ensure compliance with and follow-up of all HR policies.
• Management and organization of the team.

Reporting:

• Daily reporting.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting by providing insights regarding the corner, the team, and the environment.
• Study and monitoring of sales documents and KPIs.
• Control and monitoring of clock-ins.
