What you'll do
Main duties
• Participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the company's prevention activities.
• Advise different areas and teams on occupational health and safety matters, collaborating with different departments to integrate prevention into daily activities.
• Participate in the preparation and updating of work procedures and instructions.
• Prepare, review, and control the Occupational Health and Safety Management System documentation, ensuring its update and availability.
• Perform external/legal and internal audits; ensure the maintenance of ISO certifications and coordinate auditor visits.
• Participate in defining the strategy for the OHS area.
• Deliver induction talks to new hires.
• Guarantee adequate Coordination of Business Activities (CAE).
• Monitoring of Safety Inspections (IPS) and Preventive Safety Observations (OPS), including report preparation.
• Promote the communication and investigation of incidents and accidents, analyzing trends and defining action plans.
