Senior Technician in PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) NATIONAL

To generally promote prevention, safety, and health
To be responsible for PRL in their area, whether at the assigned worksite, at the client's premises, or internally for our employees.
To fulfill the duties established for their position while meeting the deadlines set by the labor authority, where applicable.

DUTIES

To carry out industrial hygiene measurements and their subsequent technical reports.

Preparation of OHS documentation (Prevention Plan, Procedures, Instructions, records...)
Carrying out risk assessments (Position, Client, Activity...) including the measurements, tests, or analyses deemed necessary.
Planning of preventive activities, including the protection and prevention measures to be adopted and, where applicable, the protective equipment to be used for controlling and reducing risks.
Carrying out general information and training activities for workers (at all levels)
Analysis and identification of training needs, development of training modules.
Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented preventive measures and the effectiveness of the program for controlling working conditions and reducing risks (Safety Visits, OHS Committee Meetings...)
Managing actions to be carried out in emergency situations and first aid. Preparation of drills.
Investigation of accidents and incidents. Recording of occupational accidents and diseases that have
caused the worker to be unable to work for more than 1 day (calculation of accident rate indicators...)
Management of medical examinations with the assigned centers according to location.
OHS Committee management and support for Document Management for all activities and clients requiring it (drafting of Specific Prevention Plans,
Preventive Management documents.
Attendance as a preventive resource as required by business needs.
If requested, providing support and participation in OHS Audits
Collaborating with services and entities with competencies in risk prevention (External Prevention Services, Platforms)

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Experience in industrial hygiene measurements and their subsequent technical reports.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION/S - OTHERS

Desirable: university education related to chemical sciences or similar fields.

In the case of foreign qualifications, the degree must be officially recognized or equivalent to a Spanish degree.

Master's degree in PRL with the 3 specialties (Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosociology).

The service will be provided in the area of the Community of Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Driver's license B

Ser responsable de la PRL en su área, ya sea en la obra asignada, en casa del cliente o a nivel interno de cara nuestros empleados.
Cumplir las funciones establecidas para su puesto cumpliendo los plazos marcados por la autoridad laboral en su caso.

FUNCIONES

Realizar mediciones de higiene industrial y sus posteriores informes técnicos.

Elaboración de la documentación de PRL (Plan de Prevención, Procedimientos, Instrucciones, registros...)
Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos (Puesto, Actividad, Cliente...) incluyendo las mediciones, análisis o ensayos que se consideren necesarios.
Planificación de la actividad preventiva, incluidas las medidas de protección y de prevención a adoptar y, en su caso, material de protección que deba utilizarse para el control y reducción de los riesgos.
Realizar actividades de información y formación de carácter general de los trabajadores ( a todos los niveles)
Análisis e identificación de necesidades formativas, desarrollo de módulos formativos.
Vigilar la eficacia de las medidas preventivas implantadas y la eficacia del programa de control de las condiciones de trabajo y reducción de riesgos (Visitas de Seguridad, Reuniones CAE...)
Dirigir las actuaciones s a desarrollar en casos de emergencia y primeros auxilios. Preparación de simulacros.
Investigación de accidentes e incidentes. Relación de accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades profesionales que hayan
causado al trabajador una incapacidad laboral superior a 1 día de trabajo (cálculo de los indicadores de siniestralidad...)
Gestión de revisiones médicas con los centros asignados según la localidad.
Gestión CAE y apoyo a Gestión Documental para todas las actividades y clientes que lo requieran (redacción de Planes de Prevención
Específicos, documentos de Gestión Preventiva.
Asistencia a como recurso preventivo según necesidad del negocio.
Si se solicita, dar soporte y Participación en Auditorias en PRL
Colaborar con los servicios y entidades con competencias en prevención de riesgos (Servicios de Prevención Ajenos, Plataformas)

EXPERIENICA PREVIA
Experiencia en mediciones de higiene industrial y sus posteriores informes técnicos.

TITULACIÓN/ES ACADÉMICA/S - OTROS

Deseable, formación universitaria relacionada con ciencias químicas o similares.

En caso de titulaciones extranjeras la carrera deberá estar homologada o equivalente a un grado español.

Máster PRL con las 3 especialidades (Seguridad, Higiene, Ergonomía y Psicosociología).

El servicio se realizará en la zona de la Comunidad de Madrid y Castilla de la Mancha.
