Mission

The mission of the Engineering Internship Persán Program is to provide young engineering talent with the opportunity to contribute to real projects, support cross‑functional teams, and develop professionally in a leading international company within the Home & Personal Care sector. The selected candidate will collaborate in technical, analytical, or project‑oriented tasks depending on the assigned department.

Main Responsibilities

• Support in departmental projects - Collaborate in initiatives related to efficiency, quality, cost optimization, sustainability, or supplier management.

• Data analysis and reporting - Gather, analyze, and present information to support decision‑making across different teams.

• Process and workflow support - Assist in mapping, documenting, and improving processes within the assigned area.

• Cross‑functional collaboration - Work with engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, quality, or R&D teams depending on the role.

• Documentation and technical support - Prepare reports, specifications, presentations, or follow‑up documents.

• Project coordination - Participate in meetings, track milestones, and support communication between stakeholders.

• Compliance and standards - Ensure adherence to internal procedures, quality guidelines, and safety or sustainability standards relevant to the area.
