What you'll do
Integrated into the Maintenance department, your main responsibilities will be:
- Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging lines, ensuring their maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in process machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Carrying out interventions on industrial automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, variable frequency drives, and instrumentation.
- Managing format changes, adjustments, and technical setups, ensuring compliance with quality and productivity standards.
- Analyzing technical incidents to identify root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Managing and recording your interventions using the CMMS maintenance system (SAP), ensuring proper traceability.
- Providing technical support for the plant's industrial utility installations (compressed air, industrial refrigeration, steam, treated water, etc.).
- Managing spare parts and materials, participating in defining minimum stock levels to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Engineering on continuous improvement, as well as on the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, environmental, and occupational risk prevention regulations at all times.
