Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a management agency or consultancy.
Solid knowledge of taxes, VAT, and accounting.
Education in Business Studies, Economics, Business Administration, or related vocational training.
Proficiency with accounting management tools.

The role

Personal 7 is part of the Constant Group, a business group with over 35 years of experience in the sector. We work with established companies and offer well-organized jobs with clear conditions from the start.

We are not looking for just anyone to handle tax documentation; we are looking for a person with experience in management agencies, accustomed to working with different sectors and with solid knowledge of taxation and accounting within a structured and stable environment.

Currently, we are looking to bring on a Tax and Accounting Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Ciempozuelos.

What you'll do

Manage and file taxes.
Prepare VAT returns.
Handle accounting for different clients.
Prepare and review tax documentation.
Provide support in accounting and tax closings.
Resolve administrative and tax issues.

How you'll work

Initial 3-month contract + permanent placement on the payroll.
Full-time.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:30 and Friday from 09:00 to 14:00.
Salary: €14.16 gross per hour.
