Own vehicle to travel to the office or residence nearby with a good combination of public transport.

Knowledge and experience in SAGE (or similar accounting programs).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 18:30.

Salary: 18K - 20K.

Hiring: Stable position (3 months via ETT + incorporation into the permanent staff).

The role

From our Imán office in Alcalá de Henares, we need to recruit an Accounting Administrator for an important logistics and parcel company in the San Fernando de Henares area; if you are a dynamic, agile, and proactive person with accounting experience, this is your opportunity.

What you'll do

Full accounting cycle: Recording and classifying accounting operations and preparing entries for invoices, banks, income, expenses, and provisions.

Billing and treasury management: Control of customers/suppliers and banking management (collections, payments, reconciliations).

Taxes and closings: Support in the preparation of taxes and support to the Area Management in closings and analysis of results.

Reporting: Preparation of reports (financial statements, costs, accounts receivable, etc.).

Support in the rest of the tasks specific to the finance area.
