What will your mission be?
What you'll do
You will manage inbound calls from customers requesting to cancel their products, with a 100% commercial focus oriented towards retention:
- Detect the real reason for the cancellation request (need, objection, dissatisfaction, price, usage, etc.).
- Rebut objections and build loyalty by applying a retention script (without offering discounts).
- Close the continuity of the customer whenever possible.
- If it finally proceeds, process the sending of the cancellation form to complete the request.
