The role

Leading company in the human resources sector needs to hire 5 people for an important company in the meat industry sector. We are looking for:

- Cutting room assistants (Slaughterhouse) for its branch in Encinas Reales (Córdoba)

The person in charge will assist in the assessment and slaughter of poultry, preparing them for slaughter, performing hanging and unhanging of poultry, plucking, evisceration, folding, and classification, in compliance with current technical-sanitary regulations.

What you'll do

- Receiving poultry at the live animal dock.

- Assessing the condition of the animals at the dock and classifying them for introduction or exclusion from the slaughter process.

- Hanging them on the line, taking into account the size of the poultry and grouping them according to this criterion.

- Performing the slaughter of the poultry in the initial phase of the slaughter process.

- Preparing the carcasses, carrying out the plucking and evisceration tasks.

- Handling the corresponding machinery and equipment for each task.

- Cleaning the work tools used in the slaughter process.

- Cleaning the slaughter area. Emptying containers of leftover products into the appropriate bins. Washing and scrubbing product storage containers.

- Assemble boxes or containers for bulk sale of the product.

- Stacking and storing containers in the designated areas for this purpose.

- Record the work reports and tasks in Odoo, when necessary, and according to the supervisor's criteria.
