Grupoconstant, a leading company in the cleaning and maintenance sector, is looking for Cleaners for coverage on individual days at schools in Palma. This position is ideal for professionals seeking work flexibility who want to contribute to the well-being and hygiene of educational environments.

At Grupo Constant, we want to bring Cleaners into our team who can work throughout the entire school year. We are currently looking for staff who are willing

and available to join a staff pool for coverage. On a daily basis, sometimes with advance notice and sometimes on the same day, staff absences occur where someone cannot attend their posts, and those positions must be covered. That is why we are looking for staff who have the availability/willingness to cover those shifts as needed.

Selected candidates will be responsible for cleaning different school environments, including the cafeteria, classrooms, and common areas.

• Perform cleaning and disinfection of school facilities, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure that cleaning products are used in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any incidents or maintenance needs observed during cleaning duties.
• Comply with established schedules and adapt to the school's daily needs.
• Collaborate with the cleaning team to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Location: Palma de Mallorca

Contract type: Individual days

Positions are available at different schools across Mallorca, including options in Palma de Mallorca, Inca, or Campos.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, preferably in the educational sector or at schools.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products suitable for different types of surfaces.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Responsibility and commitment to work quality.
• Flexibility to adapt to different schedules and workdays according to the needs of the educational center.
• Availability to start in September and work throughout the entire school year, on an individual-day basis.
• Certificate of sexual offenses.
