We are not just looking for someone to move goods with a forklift; we are looking for an operational, responsible person accustomed to working with defined processes, industrial environments, and demanding production rhythms.

Currently, we are looking to hire a Logistics Forklift Operator for one of our clients in the automotive sector in Martorell.

What you'll do

Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift.
Supplying production lines and manufacturing areas.
Performing internal movements of materials within the plant.
Managing the location and flow of goods in the warehouse.
Using counterbalance, reach, and tow tractor forklifts.
Maintaining order and the correct logistical management of materials.

How you'll work

3-month temporary agency contract (ETT) with the possibility of continuity.
Full-time.
Intensive rotating shifts.
Monday to Friday: 06:00-14:04 and 14:00-22:04.
Sunday to Thursday: 22:00-06:04.
Possibility of a fourth shift and weekend work.
Immediate start.
Salary: €12.82 gross/hour + production bonus (€0.95/h) + attendance bonus (€5.68/day).

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in industrial logistics and the automotive sector.
Experience loading and unloading trucks.
Operation of counterbalance and reach forklifts.
Valid forklift license.
Immediate availability and availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and the fourth shift.
