About the role

We are not just looking for someone to prepare orders; we are looking for an organized, responsible person who wants stability within a structured operation with clear processes.

We are currently looking to bring in a warehouse worker for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector in Almazora (Castellón).

What you'll do

  • Order preparation using a PDA.
  • Receiving and verifying merchandise.
  • Sorting and classifying products in the warehouse.  
  • Moving merchandise manually and with a manual pallet jack. 
  • Compliance with safety regulations

How you'll work

  • Initial 3-month contract + 3-month renewal, with the possibility of continuity.
  • 37.5 hours per week.

SCHEDULE: rotating mornings and afternoons.

CENTRAL TRAINING SHIFT 09:00 to 17:00 (only the first days/weeks for adaptation to the job) 

MORNING SHIFT MON-SAT 06:00 to 14:30 or 08:00 to 15:30 or 08:30 to 16:00 

MORNING SHIFT SUN 7:00 to 15:00 

MORNING SHIFT ON HOLIDAYS 07:00 to 09:00 and 12:00 to 15:00 

AFTERNOON SHIFT MON-SAT 13:30 to 22:00 or 14:00 to 21:30  

AFTERNOON SHIFT SUN 12:00 to 19:30 

AFTERNOON SHIFT ON HOLIDAYS 12:00 to 15:00 and 18:00 to 19:00. 

The schedule is Monday through Saturday, but there may be weeks when work runs Monday through Sunday consecutively, with fewer hours per day. Schedules are organized by teams and monthly grids, so the 37.5 weekly hours are distributed across the days worked. If exceeded, they will be considered overtime.  

If the company has an operational need, they may ask you to work on holidays, with the corresponding pay. You will be notified via the schedule grid.   

Pay is per hour worked, with the following rates:  

Regular hour: €9.50 gross  

Overtime (anything over 8 hours Mon-Fri): €11.39 gross  

Saturday hour: €11.49 gross  

Sunday hour: €13.49 gross

Holiday hour: €13.61 gross

Please note that breaks do not count as working time. 

Payment is made monthly between the 10th and the 12th for the previous month.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an order preparer.
  • Experience with PDA/radiofrequency.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Living near Almazora.
  • Schedule availability.
  • Having a car or motorcycle will be valued.
